Flying with Pets… My Trip on a Plane with my Humans
Dis is me… Harley {aKa Floofer-fluffer} and I gets to ride a plane with. my humans.
I Rolled, I Flew, I Conquered… Air Travel (Flying with Dogs is Easy-Breezy)
Have you ever gone on a plane? I flew once… this is my second time and I’ms excited about da treats I get along da way. I’ms flying up to have my puppies with my breeder. She’s extra special because I get lots of cinnamon pumpkin treats and play with lots of new friends. She says there s a Madeleine waiting to play with me. I can’ts waits!
My favorite carrier has wheels. I like to zoom-zoom on wheels when I’m not doin’ my zoomies.
To get ready to travel, momma pulls out my carrier. I wuvs my carrier. It has wheels and I wuvs anything that takes me on a ride. I sits and sits until she pulls me around the house.
My first carrier didn’t have wheels and I got tossed like a boat in a storm. Its was nots fun. So momma bought me a new carrier…. And I zoom zoom zoom in da airport now. It’s a Sherpa with wheels and is already approved by the airline! I’ll howl in appreciation for ‘dat!
When I’ms extra cute, momma gives me a deer antler to chew in my carrier. Sometimes, I don’t eat it. Sometimes I prefer salmon chews but dis sorta stinky on plane, though I ‘dinks it smells great. Last time I waited until she gaves me da good stuff… freeze-dried lamb heart. It keeps my heart strong too.

One of da best parts is taking my nap in my ‘lil den. I’ms so small I can curl in a ball but I feels protected and know momma is nearby. When she rolls me under the plane seat and da engine starts, I hears and feels the vibrations and it makes me sleepy.
When I’ms thirsty momma gives me ice cubes. I wuvs ice cubes. I can link it or crunch it or bat it around like a beetle. I have wots of fun wid’ da ice cubes.
What makes me feel safest is my Woof Wags + Co. bandana. Momma sprays it lightly with a pet-approved calming spray, like lavender. It makes me feel invincible and fearless. It helps me fall asweeps faster.

Momma lets me pick out which bandana I wants to wears. I wuvs my koi fish and my sunflowers. Teal looks awesome on me. I don’t like to takes them off but momma has to wash them sometimes.
After a long trip on da plane, I gets off and stretch my legs. Zoomies make me pretty tired since I’ms pregnant, but I won’t be for long. My puppies already has good homes. Their Westminister Champion dadda sends them lots of nose rubs. It won’t be long until I’ll be able to pass them along and fly back home to momma.
Momma just pulled out my snood, which means we made it to our destinations and it’s dinner time! Momma says it keeps my ears out of my food… then I don’t chews on my ears and makes them lops-sided. Momma laughs when they’re lops-sided but it makes my head tilt funny. She prefers them to be even. Me’s too.
Well, I’ms tired now and have to drive da rest of the way to the breeders house tomorrow so, I’ms gonna go night-night now. Sending you lots of nosey-taps and licky-kisses.
